In the highly popular pc game Age of Conan, you can choose between three different races. They all have their advances and disadvantages.
In this article we will take a look at each one.
The Aquilions
The Aquilions kingdom is called “Flower of the west” and is the Jewel of Hyboris. It is a area with large towns, lot of money and they are very clever.
Unlike some of the other races, the Aquilions is a Character without many of the abilities of the other races. The Aquilions are often sometimes compared with the Romans because they are a very cultured race and because of their high regards for structure.
The Cimmerians, respects strength and war and this is in their blood, the Aguilions on the other hand are more fond of culture and education.
The Cimmerians
The Cimmerians are Warriors and live for war and death. If you like to play a character who likes to swing the blade, then a Cimmerian is for you. Cimmerians are in a never-ending war with the feuding tribes. The
Cimmerians God is known as Crom, and they believe that their god gives them their strength at birth, so they are ready to face life’s challenges.
Cimmerians are excellent killers and can kill with or without weapons and don’t need spells and magic tricks to survive.
There are three Cimmerian archetypes; The Soldier, The Priest and The rouge in The Age of Conan Game
The Stygians
1500 years before any other race, the stygians were born. Stygians are mysterious and are very good with magic abilities. If you enjoy casting spells and doing magic to kill your enimies, then A stygian are just what you’re looking for.
Stygians doesn’t need to be close to their victim to do an assassination. They enjoy casting spells from a distance.
The Stygian Rouge are a very good[/thief] and can sneak into a castle and grab treasures.
Stygian can [spin]choose very different life paths and they can posses a variety of special skills.
There are 3 hereditary casters in the stygian race, The Nobility, The Aristocracy and The Peasant.
The Noble are very seldom seen traveling. They like to be in their hometown all their life. Very often, they live as scholars. The peasant spend their lives serving the Aristocracy, while they spend their life being served and worshipping their god Set.
Stygian do not like weapons, and therefore, the stygian are often seen as a much more civilized race than the Cimmerians and the Aquilions.
The only two archetypes for the Stygian are The Mage and The Soldier.
Choosing the best Race can be very hard. In addition it can be even harder to level your character in a decent amount of Hours.
