Ashling’s Warhammer Guide was not created by a bunch of amateur gamers like a lot of WAR guides are. This guide was created by a team of three hardcore closed beta testers. Ashling’s Warhammer Online Guide has the most complete, up to date information on Warhammer Online available. If you’ve seen his guide for Age of Conan, then you already know the quality of Ashling’s guides.
You might here claims from other guides that they have the best guide because it was not created in closed beta. But their guide was available a day or two after release. That would only give them a day or so to publish an entire guide on leveling up in Warhammer online? That would be pretty amazing if true. Ashling’s Warhammer Online Guide was developed in closed beta and is updated whenever changes are made to the game. In fact, as of this writing, the leveling guide is current with Warhammer Online.
Before using Ashling’s Warhammer Online Guide, I was using a guide from some other author. All it had was a list of quest names and maps. There was no information on where to go or what to do with the quests. It wasn’t much more help than what the game gives you already. This is not true of Ashling’s guide. The quest guide and maps are very detailed. This saves me countless hours of playing time. I like to log on and get things done, not wander aimlessly around trying to figure things out. I don’t have that kind of time to waste.
Some advantages to owning this guide are as follows:
Complete step-by-step Warhammer quest guide including coordinates. Never get lost again trying to find a quest mob or quest NPC.
Leveling guide covers solo, grouping, and RvR. No matter what your playing style, Ashling’s guide has you covered.
Not a bunch of rehashed forum posts. This guide is full of excellent content that you won’t find anywhere else.
Free updates every time the guide is changed. Warhammer Online changes all the time, and whenever it does, this guide will be updated and you have access to these updates at no extra cost.
The only disadvantage I could find is:
Several parts of the guide are listed as “Under Development” and “Coming Soon”. It’s disappointing not to have those right away. The in-game map mod is one of those features. That is going to be a great feature once it is added to the guide.
If you are considering getting a Warhammer Online guide, be careful of all the junk guides out there. There’s no shortage of them. Try Ashling’s Guide and you won’t be sorry.
